I've just been looking at old photos of my home town (morecambe) from when I was a young child and there are fairground attractions, swimming pools and parks that I had forgotten about.

Such as this building that I have very little memory of.

A web search doesn't give me much info how the layout of these old demolished buildings but I wanted to jog my memory about what these places were like. They were demolished no more than 20 years ago.

Are blueprints/layouts/owner information registered for buildings at all? Or are they kept by the companies that build them?

It's not important I'm just interested.

So far on my trail I have found that morecambe town council doesn't exist it's now run by Lancaster City Council and they have an online search for planning permission. They have records of demolition around Bubbles Swimming pool, but not for the actual building itself...

I'll give the council a phone in the new year.

Edit - Now that you have put me on the right track I've found the company name, the last director and may have found his home address from 2007, if he's still alive it might be worth sending a letter to him.
