Where can I get my xiaomi flashed?

Ive just bought a Chinese rom Xiaomi mi11 and I'm looking to get it flashed to the global rom as the overall experience has been pretty glitchy so far. I'm not confident enough with technology to do it myself, does anyone know anywhere that offers this service?

Why did you buy a Chinese version, would it have not been more prudent to get a Global/UK version instead?

In short. Yes. However the price was pretty good.

I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure Xiaomi have blocked people from being able to flash global ROMs.

Yes you can flash the Global Rom by unlocking the bootloader (or at least you used to be able to) but its risky and a pain. Do it wrong and you have a brick, and its pretty easy to do it wrong if you aren't in the know or that way minded.
In the long run its just not worth it especially when most Xiaomi phones aren't exactly over priced vs the competition here and also I'm pretty sure OTA updates are borked once done so you'll be committed to constantly flashing the next Rom release if you want updates.

Op I'd send it back if you can and just get a UK variant with proper menu's and support in place.
