Where could I get these old boxing magazines valued?

My grandad has pulled down a box of old boxing and athletics magazines from the roofspace and has asked me to help him get them valued. If they're worth enough he wants to sell them.

The "Ring" magazines range from 1950-1958 and there's 84 of them in total. Some are a bit tatty but most are in good condition or as good as 60 year old magazines can be. The World Sports magazines range from 1955-1958 and there's about 30 of them.

There is also a random selection of other boxing and sporting magazines ranging from 1950 up until the mid 60s.

Can anyone give me a rough idea of what they are worth or point me in the right direction to find out?

Thanks :)

I Know there used to be a magazine collectors shop in the West End, near Rupert St.. I'll check if they are still there.

Edit - Yep they are..

They are in Brewer St next to Rupert St.. Was 15 years ago i worked in the West End :)

My dad had loads of World Cup mags and programmes which they valued for me.. Lucky sod went to the World Cup finals of 66 including the final.

Excellent, thanks Huddy :) I'll send them a message now.

Can anyone else suggest any other sources?

Sorry this is no help but grrr...my mother went ballistic a while back and threw away a load of magazines, because she wanted the garage space. They flowed through a couple of consecutive years as well. Beano, Transformers, Bunty, Match, Vogue, Cosmopolitan. The girls magazines were from the seventies if memory serves correct.
