Where do I get dx10.1 from

I have Vista 64bit (sp1) and my dxdiag.exe only comes up with DX10.

Where do I get it from?, I have Clear Skies with a dx10.1 option but i can't enable it.

Nvidia cards dont support dx 10.1

Don't worry you aren't missing much, hence why it is only a minor revision.

Okay thanks but is it available to download?

I've heard that you get it with SP1 but I don't have it!

Its not software, its extra bits on the card itself. Its only a small FPS increase over dx10 and a few more partical effects, nothing that important.
