where do I stand with blizzard here?

got an account which was inactive for the last year,
info that i have is:
original wow+tbc CDkey (no woltk obviously)
account name
secret question and password.
scan of my ID (the account is on my name).

info that i do not have is:
password for the account
registered email address is no longer exists (an old isp one).

What can I do and what are my chances to get the account back?

I would, it's sunday - they do not work on sunday.
Will do tomorrows morning, just asking if someone have been into such situation before and know what the results may be.
 
The results are simple, if you've got all that info, and your account hasn't been compromised in any way then you get it back 100%.
 
ok they said i have to fill in a form in their site and so i did.
sent them all the information needed.
any idea when they should get back to me roughly ?
 
Which form? I e-mailed asking about an old account, essentially same situation couldn't remember what username I had as you know what you normally use, but whats available is a entirely different matter. My e-mail was long gone, then got back to me and said, send us the product key and info, I didn't have that either though I did have the TBC product key, however they simply wanted to check who I was so a photocopy of passport I believe it was and a bill to confirm identity and they e-mailed me account details to new e-mail about, a week later I think it was.
 
It could take a day, it could take a few weeks. It all depends on how busy their A&B department is.
