Not sure if this is in the right place but hey.....
Recently I purchased some Steel Series headphones from overclockers and sent them back for repair. Now this was coming up to 50 days ago now. I got the email confirming they had received them and that was about it. I currently lost all my data on my hard drive and had to reinstall, thus loosing all my emails. I have tried to restore lost data but it won’t work. I sent they old invoice back with the product so I don’t even have that.
I have sent 3 emails now in the last week with no reply from overclockers.
What can I do....?
