ThaiHey,
So it's Friday night and you fancy a curry. Chinese or Indian ?
That's bad news. Might be better off learning to cook your own curries. In all seriousness though, having moved from the West Mids up to here, there's no such thing as a good curry here. The local Mr Singh's closed down last month but has since re-opened/launched a couple of weeks ago as an independent.
Just to add, I've never been to a Mr Singh's, either in the West Mids or here. I'm guessing it's a franchise more than a chain.
Trust the English to bring the insults in. I am well aware a Chinese curry isn't an actual curry you tit. But wait for it! Now wait! Some people may like it over an Indian curry! I know know, people liking things you don't how can that be!

Yeah, I moved from Derby where there was great curry houses and takeaways to Sale in Manchester and all the takeaway curries was dreadful, and stopped having them. I did spend a life time (at the time) mastering where the best places to go for different foods in Derby thou.In all seriousness though, having moved from the West Mids up to here, there's no such thing as a good curry here. I get mine from the Members' Market.
I think it's more specific than that, no? A Chili-con-carnie isn't a curry?If it’s meat or veg cooked in a spiced sauce it’s a curry
