Feel like we are spoilt for choice where I live. There's 3 decent independent butchers all within 2 miles.

same here, plus 2 farm shops and a 3rd goat meat only farm shop (goat burgers are awesome)

W. James butchers in Baddeley Green. Always turns into an expensive trip too as they do these chicken parcel things that are sublime. A huge butterflied chicken breast stuffed with garlic & herb butter, stuffing and then wrapped in a couple of slabs of bacon. And the bacon is top notch from there too, thick cut and with the rind still on.

Got a couple of rib eye from Asda's earlier and whacked them on the bbq very nice indeed even for asda

got some grass reared rib eyes from pipers.

Slammed then in the sous vide then pan seared - delicious!
