I used to work for that hellish sweatshop (I mean call centre) on lenton lane, team 25, back in late 04 early 05. I couldn't stand that place, I think the european services director said it all when he stated "we dont intend to be a good employer, we aim to be an 'average' employer"

That and management really didn't care if you stayed or went. So I went.

Work for See Tickets as mainly an inhouse system programmer, but with a bit general technical and networking support.

Not a bad job and can be really enjoyable at times, but at the moment feels like more of a stepping stone.

The money is nice, but I would happily do the same job for 20k - I genuinely enjoy the work that I do, I like my clients and I work with some fantastic people.
