Considering how vast the space is it would be silly to assume there is no other life organisms out there. Whether it's intelligent like us or not it's a guess.

I think intelligent life life must exist out there. The reason is it exists here, which shows it's possible. In a universe of a hundred billion galaxies, each containing hundreds of billions of stars... I think anything that's possible is pretty much inevitable.

A star system 94 light-years away is in the spotlight as a possible candidate for intelligent inhabitants, thanks to the discovery of a radio signal by a group of Russian astronomers.

HD 164595, a solar system a few billion years older than the Sun but centered on a star of comparable size and brightness, is the purported source of a signal found with the RATAN-600 radio telescope in Zelenchukskaya, at the northern foot of the Caucasus Mountains. This system is known to have one planet, a Neptune-sized world in such a very tight orbit, making it unattractive for life. However, there could be other planets in this system that are still undiscovered.

unfortunately its going to be natural, as it is so high energy. the it might be aliens is massively over hyped by the media.
the power is so large, it would have to be a type2 civilization. in other words a civilization with an entire suns output of energy in it;s control.

however it is still exciting as we don't know what causes it, just like the diming star mystery. more natural phanominum to learn about.
