Where is this 'Members Market' I keep hearing?

I have read quite a few times about people refering to the MM, or Members Market.

Where is this to because I cant seem to find it?

You have to have 300 posts and 90 days of membership to be able to access it. Obviously, I don't know exactly how it comes along, but I figure it's just a link on the forum page.

T'is explained in the FAQ, you need over a certain number of posts and have to have been a forum member for a certain length of time.
