Where is this option in Vista?

How do you disable or enable the "show windows content while dragging" in vista as i hate it and cant find out how to disable it, not in the same place as XP unless im beng a pratt and missing it.

Appearance Settings, Effects, Show window content while dragging check box.

The only difference is to get to it you have to go through:
window colour & appearance> open classic appearance properties etc..

Unless I'm missing a shortcut?
