I'm thinking about grabbing a particular .com address for use with an offshoot of my business and I'd like some advice on the money side of things.
I'm currently hosting the main site with Register1 and I've been with them for a number of years without any complaints - in fact, I couldn't praise them highly enough as they've been brilliant.
As I'm not 100% on whether the idea is sound, but I know the website name is perfect for the idea, I could grab the .com address from R1 for £17.98 and sit on it until I gather enough momentum to get round to creating the site itself.
But is there a better option out there for me for registering the domain for the 'best' price, even though I'll probably end up hosting it with R1 again?
EDIT: just spotted that LCN are doing 1-year .com registrations with free privacy for £4.99 - is that the best one out there at the moment?
