Where should my money go?

I have around £200 to spend on an upgrade from a 7850 2gb.
Its been a great little card but lately its been showing its age as its been running overclocked from day 1.
Id like a card possibly running at stock or a very little oc, but very little that is, that is capable of running games at full settings at a decent fps. Im currently sitting at the 30 - 40(tops)fps average or thereabouts so anything above that is great for me.
The market is so fierce around this mark where should i put my money?
Single monitor, 1080p, setup in sig!

Any suggestions? If it were you where would you go?

£200 you either up it and grab yourself a GTX 970 or grab a 290 that's declining in price.
