Where to buy a disposable BBQ?

I've got an Aussy friend staying with me over Xmas, and to stop him getting too homesick I'd like to buy him one of those disposable BBQs But where would one get such a gift at this time of year? Have checked the local big supermarket, Wilkos, etc. No luck, although it entertained the assistants somewhat!

So, anyone seen any about?
