Where to buy a duel rj11 and rj45 wall socket?

I am trying to find a single wall socket that will allow me to connect 1 network cable and 1 phone cable like below.

The only ones I can find are from the US or Hong Kong and I need it by this weekend. I've tried all the obvious online stores but does anyone know any where that I could get them from in the UK?

Not sure if I can say the places but if you google 'modular wall socket' you will find a few places which have what you're looking for.

Not sure if this helps, but an RJ11 will fit securely into a RJ45 socket, if you labelled the wall socket, there'd be no issues

So if I just buy a double rj45(cat5) wall socket I can wire one to my network cable and one my phone line?

Yeah, pretty sure it's just a case of making sure you put the cables in the correct idc slots given the reduced pin number/connector size.

CPC, RS, Farnell, any electrical wholesalers (CEF, Edmundson etc), in fact B&Q probably have them too.

You're looking for modular face plates with an RJ45 and RJ11 keystone jacks.
