I am looking to buy the new ipad air. Would i be better off buying it at John Lewis because of the standard 2 year warranty? Any thoughts?

Also, can you recommend a decent screen protector for the new ipad air.

Thanks

I generally buy all my apple stuff directly from apple. Good idea to buy from JL for the additional year warranty though.

Screen protectors are pointless, just stick it in a case/sleeve.

Apple store.

Apple or John Lewis are the best places to go for Apple gear as their warranties are good and generally worth the piece of paper their written on!
Amazon has a lot of grey imports which is why the price can vary so much. This shouldn’t but does sometimes cause warranty issues with Apple.

I always prefer buying from Apple direct. If ever I've had an issue with anything and had to go back to them, one of the first questions they ask is "where did you buy this?'.

I usually go John Lewis for the 2yr warranty - but you may want to consider Apple directly if you want to do a trade-in (usually they wont give you as much as selling your old stuff to CEX or game).
