Where to buy my MacBook

Gents,

Might be ordering my black macbook tmrw, I went and checked them out in a well known dept. store and they told me on top of the standard 1 year warranty they give you an extra year in store warranty. Is there any reason I shouldn't just but it from them for the extra year warranty?

No but I do get the employee purchase program through work. It comes to 940 through that, the guy at the dept store said he would meet me half way at 970 but I get the extra year for that too...

Also, are there any upcoming changes to the macbook that I should hold off for?
 
By all accounts the chain in question are well known for good aftercare. It's where I'd go for a mac! :)

I doubt there are going to be any more changes as it's only recently gone to C2D. They do normally make some announcements at Macworld San Francisco in January but it might be the Mini's turn to go C2D at that event and the others may get very minor speedbumps.

I theorize we'll get dual quad core MacPros in addition to C2D Minis. :D

Yes, funnily enough they would go nicely with the supposed early-2007 preview release of Adobe CS3 universal binaries.
 
Just bought it, the screen is awesome! For once I am going to leave here at 6 on the dot and get this puppy online.

So what are the first things I should get for it??
