Where To Buy The Re-Freshed XB1 Controller ?

I'm looking at getting the XB1 controller for my PC as I love the way it feels but was wondering if we can buy the newer refreshed version anywhere ?

Didnt know they refreshed it. 3.5mm jack, improved thumbsticks and dpad?

Just saw it on Microsoft store, but now showing out of stock.
