Moved office, now by Marble Arch. Need somewhere nice to eat where i can sit down eat some nice but not expensive, not junk food lunch and have a read, does such a place exist?

Does your office have a staff area for just this reason?

Bring foods from home, that way you have what you want and will be far better value :).

This is what I do, but then I normally also order a sandwich from the cafe in the building :p

Halfway down Oxford street, on Winsley street theres an awesome Lebanese place called Yalla Yalla, it's reasonably inexpensive and I eat there twice most weeks - try the sujouc sausages if you go there.

Atari-Ya (Sushi) and Meat Liquor (meat in bread =) spring to mind.

Atari-Ya is a fish supplier to some of Londons best sushi places and has a few sushi bars that are very highly rated. Meat Liquor is a dive bar themed temple of burgers (google the reviews...) that you should visit.

Ping Pong, Busuba Eathai and Wagamama all have branches close, all serve dependable lunch food.

Plenty of top end places with cheap (£25ish) lunch menus if you want a proper meal, check out square meal/urbanspoon.
