Where to get a few things to build a sub box with?

Hi,

Where would I buy some carpet for a sub box? Not wanting to pay loads for it, saw 1.2m x 2m in Halfords, £25. I must say I just went in there to buy a connector box for the custom sub box and the guy I got was really knowledgable which made a nice change.

Also does anyone know where one could get a sub grill? Looking for simple and good looking, nothing over the top.

Seen one of them grills, really didn't like it I'm afraid. Does anyone know of any grills that look like the below image?

I will try the carpet places round me. I get a feeling that will be much cheaper than a car audio place really.
