Currently have a Ricoh Aficio MPC3500 for Printing, scanning and copying - but due to having many issues that even the engineers can't sort out - we are looking at changing the service provider and going with a new device.

Any suggestions?

We have an MP C2500 and MP C3300 and coming to the end of lease.

We're most probably going with Xerox via a company called Xenith. This is mainly due to them quoting cheaper than re-lease with new machines with Ricoh. But also because we have a biiiiiiiig Xerox Colour EX560 for our Concept prints and booklets and we've been quite impressed with it.
So looking to move to Xenith and replacing the Ricohs with the Xerox 7556 and Xerox 7125.
