Where to get a small amount of dollars?

I know it's totally uneconomical but I need to get $30US for a wedding present. I've got a Clarity card so have never exchanged money over here, ever. Can you even exchange that small an amount and where would the best place to go tomorrow?

Any of the high street currency exchange - M&S, Tesco, Sainsburys.

For the value of $30 I'd be surprised if there's any difference at all between them.
