where to get good quality Card images(visa solo electron e.t.c) for site?

Ok here's the legal stuff that goes with the logos I uploaded.

No logo should appear in a more prominent position than any other logo.
No logo should take up more than 10% of the screen space.
No logo should appear larger than the others.
None of the logos should be stretched, distorted, or overlapped.
The small registered design marks must always be included.
If a group of card symbols are displayed more than once you must always show the same symbols in the same order on each occasion. None may be left out.
You cannot show some symbols in colour and others in black and white in the same context. All must be in colour or all in black and white.

is this standard or is it your own i.e is that what all ecommerce sites must follow?

Thats the standard stuff which comes from Visa / Mastercard themselves.
