Um, if youve got it installed, go start - programs right click Word and create desktop shortcut.

create a temp directory
create a shortcut to Word in temp dir
change view properties of temp dir to icons, tiles or thumbnails depending on how big you want it
grab screen
edit screen grab in MSpaint to isolate icon and save
google for bmp to icon convertor
Done!
