Where to get new spectacles from?

Hi, was play fighting with my little sister when the little bitch snapped my glasses, not too bothered as they are really old and I normally wear contacts but it gives me a excuse to go out and a buy a pair or two specs.

Which high street shop would you recommend? for the most upto date style, cheapest prices etc, I know it's probably best buying online as it will inevitably be cheaper but I'd rather goto a shop to see how it looks on me and get the correct fit.

So where do I go chaps? Should I goto specsavers?

If you have your prescription you can order online, I think for stupidly low prices (£10 including lenses)

Yeah I have prescription but ordering something like glasses online wouldn't be right for me as I can only tell what it looks like once arrived and I might not like them.
