Where to go from here (OC'ing an e6300)

Been tinkering a tiny bit today with my new Conroe setup (I'm quite the newcomer to this overclocking business :o ) and was wondering if anyone has any advice / suggestions as to where I can try and tweak my settings here and there. They are set as follows:

CPU = e6300 (w/ Freezer 7 Pro + Sharkoon SE 1000 120mm cable tied to it to replace the stock 92mm fan)
Asus P5B Deluxe (0711 BIOS)
G.Skill PC2-6400 HZ 2GB

CPU: 2.8Ghz (400 * 7)
Vcore: 1.35v
Mem: 5-5-5-5-15 5:4 (DDR2-1000) 2.1v

Everything else it set to Auto with Core Temp reporting the CPU at 43 degrees IDLE. The above settings seem stable for now but crashed earlier when I had my settings at 4-4-4-4-12 and 1.32v on the Vcore.

Thanks in advance for any help

Got mine to 458 fsb with mem at 1:1 ratio and 4-4-4-12 timings. Vcore @ 1.475v. At 460fsb she falls over.

E6300
Geil 800 ultra
DS4

Cheers guys. I don't want to go mental with the OC's so 3Ghz is my limit so I'll try 420 * 7 later and see if it falls over or not then I'll tighten the timings etc.

UPDATE:

Totally stable @ 3010Mhz (430 * 7, 1.35v) with mem at 1:1 (4-4-4-4-12, 2.1v)

Temps still ~43 degrees IDLE.
