Hi, I have searched the forums and googled about this problem but I've still to make up my mind.

I currently have 2 GTX570's and an i7 2600k, the system performs very well still and I don't have any performance issues with it. The issue I do have is that the cards create a great deal of noise and heat when gaming, I'd really like to sell them and change them for a single card which will offer equal if not better performance.

What card should I be looking at that will offer equal if not better performance? I have a budget of around £250, Ideally I'd like to spend less if possible.

Nvidia 780 Ti is what you are looking for then that will be better than 570 sli and a single card solution and offer 15%-20% more performance but you will need to sell your 570's and make up the difference. 570's sell for £60 each on the members market. So £120 +£250 = £370. Which is the price of a Nvidia 780 or AMD R9 290x (if you shop around) which is in your budget if you sell the 570's and will be a nice performance increase too.
