where to go next with the E5200?

hi all, had my e5200 running nice on my p5q pro for a good few months @3.4 on stock volts.

got bored so just bumped it up....

had 2 up the volts as i had a couple of blue screens. asus ai suite tells me that its running at 34 degree medium load is tha an ok temp?

I would like to hit the 4ghz mark but worried about goin futher. im using a arctic freezer pro

what do you guys recommend and how could i go higher as im new to overclocking?

going to run crysis in a minute and monitor temps on the other monitor and see what she peaks at lol.

a newbie question but looking at cpuz, does the rated fsb (1215mhz) mean that my ram is also running at that speed?

thanks for the advice, the asus ai suite looks like its about 12 degrees off lol.

will look into those apps, im a newbie to overclocking!

the memory tab of cpuz says the dram frequency is 390mhz? surely its quicker than that?
