Where to learn about supporting MS products?

I thought it would be appropriate to put this here since its a technical thread and a lot of people would probably have an idea.

I'm getting into IT support. The jobs usually involve supporting Windows XP/2000 and Microsoft products (Office, Outlook, Exchange).

I have experience with windows and micrsoft products from my own interests and the time I've spent using them at uni but I'm not exactly sure where to look to learn about supporting office and so on. Basically common issues and ways of resolving them.

If anyone knows or sites or books that would be helpful.

I've starting reading up on the MCP/MCSE. There seems to be everything in there to help.
