Been using this place for awhile now as it's free, but also has videos on how to make some of the dishes I am interested making; so thought it might be a nice idea to include the link here to see if there's something of interest here for you too.

I tend to use a family cook book, which was handed down a couple of generations (hmmm when I do get around to cooking that is), but this site has come in handy from time to time.

Any of you Pure Pwnage fans ought to remember Pro at Cooking with Dave :D

I've used Youtube for certain obscure stuff that doesn't work very well in words. I followed Gordon Ramsay's guide to jointing a chicken which is pretty good because there are close-ups of all the important bits:

I also followed a Youtube guide I found on how to prepare a whole pheasant, but I can't for the life of me remember which one it was :p

Allrecipes is my go-to website! Big database and lots of people leaving ratings/reviews.
Sometimes Youtube for guides/techniques, otherwise whatever comes up in Google.
BBC Good Food is a good site as well.

I have a few books but don't really use them! I've used some e-books for looking up slow cooker recipes.
