You could mount the rad externally on the back. That would give you more space to work with as there's not a huge amount of room. Have a look through the galleries though as I remember seeing a couple of watercolled P182's there.
You could have the pump where the HDD cages are and a bay res or something. Mounting the rad externally seems to be the easiest thing to do with that case though.
Probably be easier to mount at the back due to where the current holes in your case are and the ease of just putting something like a Swiftech radbox on the back. It seems the best way with the least amount of modding.
