Where to put Steam folder?

Hi, Ive just got myself a new gaming laptop from Overclockers, and I'm not sure where to put my backed up Steam folder

Its a MSI GX660R which has two 500Gb HDD's in a RAID 0 configuration

My Computer looks like this:

OS_Install (C): 515GB free of 552GB
Data (D):358GB free of 368GB

Now I know nothing about RAID apart from a quick 10 mins read on wiki!!

So where do I copy my Steam folder too, from my old laptop?

Nothing to see move along, just read on notebookreview forum I can put it anywhere, the raid thing will look after itself..Doh
