Where to put temp sensors?

Unless you're using it to control fans or have a real worry about overheating because you were running passive for example, I wouldn't bother either, the built in sensors in your PC will provide all the information you need.

The sensors are mostly useful if you watercool to monitor ambient, rad exhaust and water temps (before and after rad), depends how much info you want. I rarely look at mine now unless i'm trying to get some comparable temperature data and want my water to be the same temperature. If your air cooling then they won't tell you much more than you can already get from using a program like open hardware monitor

Ahh ok thanks for the advice guys, yes I am on air so no point then?
