Where to put this fan?

Hi guys,
At the moment I have got all plain, non colour fans (6) in my case. I am wanting to add a bit of colour to it to show off my parts by using an LED fan. I don't want my case to light up like a christmas tree as it gets on my nerves when there's a bright light shining in my face when gaming. I am looking for just enough light to see the inside of my case and I have a fan controller that I can turn it off with when i'm sleeping.

So, if you could please help me choose which fan to buy (preferably to match the components in my sig (getting a Sapphire 7850 tomorrow) and where I should put it?

I was thinking LEDs but wasn't sure how they work. Do they have a switch on them or are they able to connect to a fan controller? Also which colour would you recommend? I'm thinking a black and blue theme.
 
Also, I am planning on getting a Gelid Tranquillo cpu cooler and was wandering if it would fit in my case? I'm currently using an Arctic Freezer 7 pro rev.2 which has a fair bit of room to spare.
 
The bifenix ones connect directly to molex. The 'connect' non waterproof version can be daisy-chained. No switch to turn them off.

If you go for LEDs I would recommend using white and putting them on the inside of the door to illuminate the case. Coloured LEDs drown the system into a monotone nooby mess.
