Where to rma Powercolor gfx

Hi

After eventually working out there was a problem with my graphics card I want to rma it. Its over a year old so I have to go to the manufacturuer. I've been to http://www.powercolor.com/ but there is no UK site, where should I be contacting?

Also I can't be bothered to wait till it gets back so what card should I get to replace my X1800XT, not fussed about ati/nvidia but want to have at least 512mb and quiet if possible.

Can you not send it back to the place you got it from and get them to sort it out with the manufacturer, i know these guys do.

640mb GTS for replacement seen as you want no lower than 512mb, i replaced a 512mb x1800 XT with a 320mb GTS, absolutely destroys it and some, more than double the performance, and silent, i only game at 1280x1024, why i went for the 320mb one.
