Well basically, i'm hoping to build myself up a bit (always been slim) and just feel fitter overall. Not looking to turn into a health freak or anything, just a few things which I can include in my day or some changes to my diet which would benefit me etc. Can't really get to the gym at the moment so just looking for things I can do from home - don't mind investing in a set of weights or whatever.

I'm 19 and around 5"11. Not sure about weight - haven't got a pair of scales in this house!
I work 9-5 as a web designer Mon-Fri so I do most most of my exercise of an evening/at night (i've heard this is a bad habbit?)
At the moment I go for a short 10-15 min jog round the block with the dog in the morning, walk 3 miles to work, and then say a 2 mile walk with the dog at night. I used to get out some evenings on my bike but due to the weather I haven't been out for a good few weeks. I try and do some weights a couple of times a week, nothing special though just dumbells.
Diet wise. I normally have some toast and fruit juice in the morning, 2-3 pieces of fruit and a pasta salad/jacket potato & salad to last me through the day at work, and for my evening meal i'l normally have something meat related with veg. Will probably have another piece of fruit/buscuits etc later on too although i'm trying to stop eating late at night. I drink 2 litres of water a day and a couple of glasses of pure orange/apple juice.
Where to start? Anything I can start doing at home? Any obvious changes to my diet?
