Where would I get the best bang for my bucks?

Motherboard: MSI PRO Z690-A WIFI ATX LGA1700 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-5600 CL36 Memory
Storage: OCZ Agility 3 256 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: Crucial MX300 750 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: Crucial MX500 1 TB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: Western Digital Blue SN570 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive
Video Card: Gigabyte GAMING OC GeForce RTX 3070 8 GB Video Card

What would be the best thing for me to upgrade? I've emboldened the HDD to show which is the main drive, the rest are just old storage drives.

What sort of budget do you have? Do you find your getting limited in certain games?

GPU if your lacking frames also 8gb of vram doesn't cut it anymore at high detail, if you can wait till the 5000 series GPU are released which is at the end of this year.
