Where would you emigrate to?

Canada: but they won't let me in, get this:

Im 23, No dependants, Degree educated professional, no debts. Basically said i'm not old enough.

Now let's look at England:

Oh my god, i think i'm going to be sick, forget it.

I moved to The Netherlands, dont regret it one bit, very different culture here, obviosly there is 'yob culture' aswell but just depends on where you live etc, people are friendlier and having a Dutch GF is a bonus :P

Away from this country before it is too late, dont mind. The scarey thing is, we will be classing this period in the UK as the 'good old days' in the future

Sri Lanka.

I want to go somewhere that hasn't been tainted by western society, where i'm not labeled as a Yob or American Wannabe by being British, and somewhere that is beautiful.

So yeah, pretty much Sri Lanka, or Indonesia.

Probably California, climate is just amazing, people are friendly are the girls are ridiculously hawt :p

Haven't been to Australia yet but my mate who's there says I'd love it, so I probably would :)

But probably nowhere, love the UK - best country in the world IMO, just wish the weather was nicer :p

Sweden: It's clean, quality of life is so much better than here, people are much friendlier (and my girlfriend is Swedish) XD

I'd be careful with that one, i hear there are some areas that are exclusively 'one race only', so much so, if a woman dare walk into the district without a headscarf, well it wouldn't be pretty, it's sad. Seems many European countries are getting this problem now like England hehe.

The way it's going it'll be like:

"Remember when you'd walk down the street and you'd only get stabbed? That was great, not like the public jihad beheadings they got nowadays!"

:)

New Zealand. It's like the UK was 30 years ago, with scenery+.

comments like this always make me laugh!

Sure, NZ is a nice place, a very nice place, it has great scenery, as does the UK! I doubt you'd find a single view in NZ that isn't the same as a view from the UK.

Not sure about it being like the UK 30 years ago, 30 years ago was the UK full of organised crime and illegal drugs and people trafficking? OK, it probably was actually, you win! That goes for the 2 'citys' anyway, the rest of the country is so quiet it;s only suitable for retiring to, not emigrating!

My choice is Asutralia or Canada, or NZ -When I'm old!

Actually agree with that list lol. If Japan weren't so expensive. Studied it at Uni for a bit, love it all and at 5'8", i'd be considered tall :)

touché, they are a growing nation! Both upwards and outwards, Besides there at that many Gaijin there that it's hard to be the tall one, try Korea you can get in early and beat the rush of you go now!

Hmm, guess they'd be relatively short aswell, sounds interesting, bet it's cheap too. I gotta try Hong Kong though. East meets west, bit of Japan and China in one, has the local China feel to it, but also the big city and nightlife. Best of both worlds. Will go there for holiday soon, i gotta.
