Wheres my bottleneck.??

Looking to upgrade again soon and am wondering if any part of my rig is bottlenecking so here goes.

Gigabyte DS3 rev c2
3GB Geil Ram
XP 32-bit
E6300 C2D @ 3.3Ghz
ATI4850

Asside from hard disk speed which im looking to address very soon is there anything in the above sig you would day is causing a bottleneck.??

What RAM modules are you running? 3 x 1gig sticks? or 2 x 1gb sticks + 2 x 512mb sticks...?

Possibly 32bit OS, but I'd hold on to your money for a bit and spend more later.
