Wheres my Speed gone?!?!?

I'm with Talktalk (I know!... but I can't afford anything else at the mo!!) and when I joined (using the crap Sagem Modem) I was getting 1.1mbish... I bought a 3Com Router from OcUK (3CRWDR101A-75) which seemed to improve my connection to 1.2-1.5mbish (this is from speed test and the DL speeds I was getting)..

Then my Exchange was unbundled, plus I did the 'Bell Wire' mod on my phone socket and I shot up to 2.9-3.2mbish (downloads about 300-320k)..

Last night I was having trouble connecting to t'interweb and after a bit of faffing i got back on, but it seemed sluggish, and I can't download any faster than 100k!...

Are those line stats any good???... I'm not sure what I'm looking for!.. I think I'm about 1.2km from the exchange or there abouts

You're connected <1Mbps, so 100kB/s is about right.
Your SNR margin's quite high, but it depends if TalkTalk have decided your line's unstable and increased the target or if something weird's happening between your modem and the other end.

I was on 3Mbps+ last week!!

Could it just be they're still tweaking it?.. or do you recon I'm stuck on 1Mbps now??!.

It has been on 'Samknows' a few time saying its been LLU'd.. then not... then it is...
