As per thread title,

It is quite frankly one of the best 965 boards out there with a great overclocking potential at its price.

I can't find an official thread on it. If I've missed it, feel free to flame me. If not, this stays ;)

Mine should be due on Wednesday. Lets discuss!

Under £200 is the target
Don't trash the combination of P5B - D and E6300 with rubbish Corsair stuff.

Here are your options:

Ballistix (Anns under disguise many believe) £191 delivered
Team Xtreem - £206 delivered

Check out my 3 page thread in the memory forum. Do that setup some justice :)

he means that many think they are the same grade as the 10th anniversary kits that are available.

whilst they are the same ratings, i'm not sure that they're just different spreaders on the same batch of sticks.

DarkShadow it's been funny the past couple of days I've been searching through these forums looking for <insert thread> on Conroe this, Crucial that, Asus P5B etc and every time you've already created a thread asking pretty much what I'm gonna ask :D Thanks I guess :p

Got mine coming tomorrow hopefully. Got it second hand off of the MM.
Will be paired with a e6600 and 2 gig of ocuk value ram :D
Can't wait for it!

(and yes I realise its not the most ideal board for a e6600 due to the ram timings at the fsb I'm likely to be at on a e6600, but I was too impatient to wait for something else!)

I wouldn't worry about it, that's comparing on par peformance with a 975, it isn't really that off. Asus products have been awesome for me in the past, so I'm really looking forward to my brand new kit tomorrow. Although it's a £125 board, it's quality :)

Na don't play PC games too much anymore, which I should remind myself of when I'm looking in my OcUk basket and see a 1950xt :p
You've been stalking me

Had the same card delivered on Monday. Can't wait to fire her up tomorrow :D

my e6300 is at 3.2ghz with an asus p5b deluxe and cellshock 6400 ram
Top Quality system!
Is that all you have pushed for somewhere, or has it run out of juice?

Would be nice to see some overclocks in here :)

To people already with this board, how hot does the chipset get?

it can go futher much firther id think but my temps are getting high and they are under 60c load so thats as far as i will push it! chipsets at 45c at these settings according to speed fan. the cooler on the northbridge helps a lot and is pretty quiet.
