Where's the towing hook on 2006 VW Passat?

Can anyone tell me where the towing hook on a 2006 VW Passat is (for the car to be towed).

RTFM???

Its most likely in the boot, then it screws into a structural mount in the front bumper which is either behind a grill, or cover which is removed first, but as i said above, its all in the manual.

A relative broke down on holiday and were about to be towed onto a ferry and couldn't find the tow hook, they didn't have the manual and phoned me to check online. Thanks for the response, it is indeed as you say.
