Hi Guys,

Looking to upgrade my P4 3.2Ghz Prescott.

The PC is used for general Surfing, Downloading, watching DivX/XviD, Office, and very minor Audio Editing.
NO GAMING or anything intensive at all!

Budget £200-250

I've decided to go with:

Intel Pentium Dual-Core E2200 £56.39
Scythe Ninja II CPU Cooler £30.34
Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C5 TwinX (2x1GB) £23.49
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 3450 Silence 256MB DDR2 TV-Out/DVI/HDMI (PCI-Express) £24.66

I cant decide on motherboard.
It needs to have:

Atleast 1x PCI slot (for Soundcard)
Atleast a PCI-X slot (for GPU)
Onboard 10/100 LAN
4x SATA Ports
6x USB Ports
Passive Cooling

What do you guys recommend???

Shop around and get the far superior E5200 for an extra £2. For a motherboard i would keep a look out for a cheap P35/P43 board although the Gigabyte P31 based boards are fantastic value for money. If you can find a Gigabyte P31 DS3 or DS3L for around £45 then snap it up.
