Which 1070

Hi,

I am looking at upgrading my PC and think GFX card is on the list, been looking at 1070, but not sure which one, I like the look of the Zotac AMP Extreme, but it doesn't look like it will fit in my case.

Will be running 1080p,1920x1080 but would like future proof with it, looking at around £450

My current spec is

Intel Core i5-3570K @ 4Ghz
Gigabyte Z77-D3H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3
GeIL EVO Leggera 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MH
MSI HD 7950 Twin Frozr III OC V2 3072MB GDDR5
Corsair 650W PSU
Zalman Z9 Plus Tower Case

Which card would you recommend?

Also will need to be quiet.

Got a Evga FTW and I think it's decent, mine has gone with Samsung memory although I'm not overclocking right now on this power supply.

From my research, AMP Extreme looks like a very good choice.

I just went from an MSI HD 7950 Twin Frozr III OC V2 3072MB GDDR5 to an EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 FTW Gaming ACX 3.0 8192MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card.

Not too disimilar in the looks department, and close in length, practically a drop in replacement once I removed the old AMD drivers.

I went for EVGA due to the continual praise I have seen for customer service, 3 yr warranty, and the RGB lighting. That and it being a manageable size, and very quiet.
