Which 1070?

Hi guys.

I'm looking at picking up a 1070 to replace my 970 for casual sub 4K gaming.

Won't be overclocking until it's starting to show age at factory settings and I'm not that much of a gamer these days. Mainly for Sniper Elite V4, Factorio and World of Warships.

Any suggestions?
(I'd like to keep the costs below £450 and I like the idea of Hybrids for noise control but open to suggestions.)

I have no interest in Destiny but the E-mail I got from OC states:
