I have not personally used or seen one in operation but have seen people who swear by the Scythe Gentle Typhoon which is also on sale at £11.99 To compare the: Akasa - 6.9-28.9db (noise) 83.6 cfm (airflow) Scythe - 21db (noise) 58 cfm (airflow) Obviously noise is best in lower figures and airflow is best in higher figures. So you will have to decide which you would rather have.
