which 120mm Fan?

Can somebody recommend me a decent 120mm fan, i would preferably like one with 4 pins so i have the option of PWM.

Not too expensive, £10 or under if possible. If not i will go to £15. Its for a Corsair H60.

I have one of the Akasa fans with my CPU and it is really quiet and shifts a fair bit of air, they are on offer this week at £10.99.

I have not personally used or seen one in operation but have seen people who swear by the Scythe Gentle Typhoon which is also on sale at £11.99

To compare the:

Akasa - 6.9-28.9db (noise) 83.6 cfm (airflow)
Scythe - 21db (noise) 58 cfm (airflow)

Obviously noise is best in lower figures and airflow is best in higher figures. So you will have to decide which you would rather have.

I use the akasa fans for my cpu aswell and although they are a little noisy at full speed, they definitely shift awesome amounts of air.

Scythe Gentle typhoon as mentioned has good "static pressure" which means it can force the air through the rad fins.

what difference in temperature would i see if i would to pull the fan in push/pull configuration compared to just one fan pushing?

A quick Google showed me this. Going by that alone I would think you should see a couple of degrees difference.

Although that is for air cooling, a water radiator might be different.

A few degrees isn't really worth splashing out on two fans then. Looks like i'm getting the one then. Thanks anyway.

The vipers are good but can be loud at fill tilt, however they are pwm so they will not be loud when they aren't needed

I've gone for a couple of sharkoon 1000's but still waiting on deliver.

Those akasa fans are really good because i had the akasa venom cooler, but no longer have it.
