What are the best quiet 120 fans for cooling my radiators possibly in push pull if it makes a difference

are there any ones that dont require a fan controller to make them quiet? if i remember rightly some used to come with a resistor that plugs on the lead?

Just buy a mod my toys fan spilter they do a 5 fan and 8 fan

Only fan controller that will do them things is a aquaero
55 pounds plus you will need to buy the flow sensor and temp sensor

Go for Lamptorn Fc touch,best fan controller out there.
30w per channel,you can run your pump trough it.and many fans.( I've got 8)
