Which 140mm fan?

This is for mounting on the outside of my M350 case. Which is the top in the picture below.

Preferably want the fan to be black, but I am mostly looking for something which is very quiet...preferably variable speed.

EDIT: I should add that this is the only moving part of my machine so it needs to be quiet on its own.

I like the Be Quite 140 fans...Not sure if they are the best but have a look at them.

Not adjustable but Akasa Apaches are very quiet. If you can adjust the fan speed on your motherboard you'll be able to run it silent and still get very good airflow through the 140mm.

You will probably have a noise issue with any fan setting on there. The vent face will cause turbulence which equals air noise. Using a spacer/shroud would probably help

Fans will not fit inside but can be used outside to move air through it.
