Which 1440p Mintor

What monitor would you recommend as I am after a 1440p panel. I do not want to spend the money for the Swift at it's current price, I mainly play world of tanks and a couple of fps(not very often).

I was looking at something like the AOC

Or is it worth getting a 4k monitor instead.

I am currently running a 780.

Defently not 4k as would would get a really low FPS in games.

The monitor that you listed looks good

I got the AOC you listed last month, it's great.

A single GPU is not good enough for 4k at the moment.

There are better options but for the price the AOC can't be beaten in my opinion.

The Viewsonic VP2770 is apparently quite good in terms of gaming performance. There is also a good 1440p IPS from Eizo but it's on the pricey side.

I have been comparing specs for weeks, the this week price of £60 off convinced me to go with the
Asus PB278Q 27" Professional LED Multimedia Monitor - Black

Ordered it today..

You won't be disappointed, a very nice monitor with a SUPERB PLS panel. I owned one briefly and liked it a lot.
The brevity was only because I got a good deal on a Samsung very shortly after I bought the Asus so I swapped but the Asus was very enjoyable while I had it.
